Read on to learn how to unlock the true power of magnesium oil. Some of these hacks may just be life changing!

Hack #1: Get Better Sleep

The hack that's taken the internet by storm. And it's true, Magnesium DOES actually help some people sleep better. Why? Mainly because it's an essential mineral for tons of bodily processes. Here's how it helps your sleep:
Regulation of Melatonin: Magnesium aids in the production and function of melatonin, the hormone that regulates your sleep-wake cycles. Proper levels of magnesium can help optimize melatonin levels, which can improve sleep quality and help regulate your circadian rhythm.

Regulation of Neurotransmitters: Magnesium, being the miracle mineral that it is, helps regulate neurotransmitters that are involved in calming the brain and promoting relaxation. It also plays a role in activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for calming and relaxing the body.

Restless Legs Relief: Magnesium has muscle relaxant properties, which can be beneficial if muscle tension or cramps are interfering with your sleep (i.e. restless legs).

Calms Stress: Magnesium can also help manage stress and anxiety, which are common culprits behind sleep disturbances. It does this by regulating the release of stress hormones like cortisol, helping to calm the nervous system and making it easier to fall and stay asleep.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleep! Finally!

"At first I was overly stressed because of the stinging & burning when I used this. The company got back to me and said it was all ok. I diluted it a bit and it helped. After a few weeks it quit burning. I do sleep so much better, as do my kids! I will buy again."

Hack #2: Soothe Stress

Magnesium oil may help soothe your stress & anxiety by impacting a handful of physiological processes that are crucial for natural relaxation and stress reduction. Here’s how it works:

Regulation of Neurotransmitters: Magnesium is vital for the proper function of GABA receptors in the brain. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter that has inhibitory effects on the nervous system, promoting relaxation and stress relief. By supporting GABA function, magnesium can help calm the nervous system, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

Reduction of Cortisol Levels: Magnesium can help control the body's stress-response system by regulating the release of cortisol, which is often referred to as the “stress hormone.” High cortisol levels are associated with increased stress, anxiety, and other health issues. Magnesium helps to modulate the release of cortisol, thereby helping to reduce its impact on the body.

Enhancement of Overall Mood: Magnesium is involved in the synthesis of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a significant role in stabilizing mood. Adequate levels of serotonin contribute to feelings of well-being and happiness, which can counteract feelings of stress.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried several others

"I always come back to this brand. I've tried others with good ratings, some are pretty good but this is the best in my opinion. I have several back issues and an achy knee, 2 sprits and this gets me through the night. If I'm stressed this calms me down without feeling drugged out, just a nice feeling of well being that kind of sneaks up on me. If I can't sleep, this helps me sleep. I have restless legs but this calms them. Sore feet, this stops the pain. Before I discovered mag oil spray I was left with Aspirin, etc."

Hack #3: Calm Leg Cramps

Working through some leg cramp or RLS issues? Magnesium might just be the solution for you... here's how it makes a difference:

Muscle Relaxation: Magnesium plays a critical role in muscle function by influencing the contraction and relaxation of muscle tissues. It helps to regulate the flow of calcium ions, which are crucial for muscle contraction. When magnesium levels are adequate, it can prevent excessive contraction of muscles, thereby helping to alleviate cramps.

Nerve Function: Magnesium also affects the nervous system's ability to send signals properly. By stabilizing nerve endings, magnesium can prevent the misfiring of nerve signals that cause the involuntary spasms leading to cramps.

Electrolyte Balance: Magnesium is a key electrolyte involved in maintaining the balance of minerals within the body, including calcium and potassium, which are vital for muscle health and function. Proper levels of magnesium help ensure that electrolytes are balanced, reducing the likelihood of cramping.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped the Charlie horse - instantly

"I was skeptical about this product, but I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasn’t overly concerned. This evening at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. It’s been about an hour now and I’m relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before - my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling - I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product - I didn’t know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me."

Hack #4: Ease Muscle Pain

That's right, Magnesium oil is also the muscle pain relief you've been searching for! Here's how:

Muscle Relaxation: Magnesium is essential for muscle function, helping to regulate the contraction and relaxation of muscle fibers. It acts by controlling the entry and exit of calcium ions within the muscle cells. An adequate magnesium level allows muscles to relax properly, which can help alleviate tension and reduce pain associated with muscle tightness or spasms.

Reduction of Inflammation: Magnesium has anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is often a significant factor in muscle pain, particularly when it comes to conditions like arthritis or muscle injuries. By reducing inflammation, magnesium can help decrease pain and improve mobility.

Improved Blood Flow: Magnesium helps to dilate blood vessels, promoting better blood flow. Enhanced circulation can aid in the removal of pain-inducing metabolites and improve the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscle tissues, which can speed up recovery and reduce pain.

Nerve Function: Magnesium influences the nervous system's activity, stabilizing nerve endings and reducing nerve excitability. This action can help diminish the perception of pain and is especially beneficial in conditions like neuropathic pain, where the nerves themselves are involved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WOW - The best Magnesium Oil Ever!

"I am shocked at how well this product works. At first you do get a burning, tingling feeling it’s nothing compared the unbearable joint & muscle pain I endure without it. The instant relief - I have no words - just wow."

Hack #5: Natural Deodorant

This one's a bit lesser known but no less important! Not everyone's aware that many of the deodorants on the market contain ingredients you REALLY shouldn't be putting on your skin. This is exactly why you should consider implementing natural solutions like magnesium oil. Here's how it works:

Odor Neutralization: Magnesium oil is alkaline, and it helps neutralize the acidic environment in which odor-causing bacteria thrive under the arms. By altering the pH balance, magnesium makes the skin less hospitable to these bacteria, thus reducing body odor.

Antibacterial Properties: Magnesium has natural antibacterial properties, which can help reduce the bacteria on the skin that contribute to body odor. By lowering the number of bacteria, magnesium oil can help keep underarm odor at bay.

No Blocking Pores: Unlike some commercial deodorants, magnesium oil does not block pores. It works by sitting on the surface of the skin and altering the environment, rather than clogging pores with aluminum compounds to prevent sweating. This allows the skin to breathe and sweat naturally, which is healthier for the body's natural detoxifying processes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be effective for me and a great deodorant

"I really don't need to use deodorant every day, as I exercise and shower many times a week. However, if I don't use anything, I will start to notice it by the next day at some time. Not offensive, but it is there. However, when I use this spray as a deodorant (2 sprays per armpit), it really works well. I have gone 3 days (yeah yeah, I know :-) ) without a shower just using this and did not smell. So for me, it works great even if it is just for that use and remains a good value for me with the benefit of getting some magnesium pretty much everyday. I even trust it enough to use as my primary when I go out and hang with friends etc."
